Ned and his wife, Marilou have 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren. Ned is very active in the community of Russiaville and Howard County with a passion to help people overcome life dominating addictions. Ned is the pastor of a local church in Russiaville.

Paul and his wife Debbie have two children, one grandchild, and a dog. He is a certified Biblical Counselor with Addiction Specialization and is the director of the local addiction recovery program "Freedom That Lasts" in Russiaville. He is also a licensed pastor, ordained minister, and an associate pastor at a local church in Russiaville, IN. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with their dog and grandchild.
Paul has been 40 years sober of his addiction to alcohol, and is over 7 years clean of his addiction to pornography. He has a heart for helping others struggling with life dominating addictions.
Robert Snead
Administrative Coordinator
Robert has an Associate degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering Technology. Although he has a background of working in warehouses, he has been a part of many support groups and has a strong desire to help those in need of addiction assistance find freedom, which led him to the position of Administrative Coordinator here at Turnabout Community Resource Center.

Joellen has been with Turnabout since the beginning and keeps a tight reign on our finances. She recently became a Commissioned Addictions Biblical Counselor through The Addiction Connection and gratefully leads the Divine Intervention Group for family members of addicts because she knows firsthand how much it is needed. She is also involved with the Freedom That Lasts program. Joellen loves to talk about Turnabout and the many opportunities we've had to see God work right here in Russiaville!
Joellen and her husband are long time church members in the community and have 2 adult sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and a very entitled Boston Terrier named Emme.
Mary Ann Shuck
Commissioned Addictions Biblical Counselor
Mary Ann and her husband have four grown children, six grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. She and her husband are now retired, but he formally owned a business, and she was a medical laboratory technologist. She was raised in a home with a parent who was addicted to alcohol, so she understands the impact living with a person with an addiction can have on a family.
She has been a Christian for 46 years. She and her husband attend First Baptist Church in Russiaville, where they are involved with the Freedom That Lasts addiction ministry. Mary Ann is a Commissioned Addictions Biblical Counselor through The Addiction Connection.
